Race registration forms for Run for the Zoo are due this Friday, March 27. There will be no exceptions. Practice permission forms can be turned in Monday, April 6th.

Attention families who do not live in our boundaries but plan to attend EHE for the 2015-2016 school year! You must complete and return the RRPS Student Transfer Application to our District Office by April 1, 2015. Parents will be notified by mail or email regarding the status of their request. Please take the time to complete our school's Quality of Education Survey. All surveys must be completed by April 10, 2014. You can take the Online Survey or return the Paper Version to EHE. Your child's teacher will also have copies on hand during this week's parent conferences. Thank you!

EHE 3rd-5th grade students will be taking the PARCC assessments on the days below. We ask families to plan ahead and not schedule trips or appointments on these days.

Parents, please do not phone the office to relay messages to your students except in emergency situations. Unless it is an actual emergency, students will not be taken out of class to receive calls. The deadline for non-emergency calls, including transportation changes, is 3:00pm (12:00 on Wednesdays). Thank you for your understanding!
Unless requested, hard copies of The Mustang Memo, are not sent home with students. Parents with School Fusion website accounts automatically receive newsletters via email. Mustang Memos can also be viewed on our Newsletters page. To create a School Fusion account, visit the Parents button at the top of this page or contact your child's teacher.
Cell Phone and Ink/Toner Recycling
EHE earns money by recycling cell phones, laptop computers, iPads, Tablets, toner & ink cartridges, IPods & MP3 players, hand held gaming devices, digital cameras, digital video cameras, game consoles, portable GPS devices, radar detectors, E-Book readers, graphing calculators and even jewelry! Funds raised are used to purchase technology products for our classrooms! Please drop off donations in the labeled bin in the EHE foyer next to the library windows. When the weather is poor, the RRPS Website and our local news outlets will have the most current information regarding school closures and delays. EHE's abbreviated schedule is 11:00am-4:00pm, even on Wednesdays. If severe weather conditions materialize during the school day, an early dismissal will be announced via the phone notification system, web and local news outlets. **SAFE before school programs will be cancelled on late arrival days.
